Aldhouse started the year in fine form, keeping us all biting our nails,
looking like he was going to equal the range record on the second day, he
had a steady 596 on the first day and managed to improve by a whole one
point for a 597 on the Sunday taking both individual competitions and the
aggregate. Graham Hawarth also started the year well with a pair of
594’s and Michel Gorberville from the Clermont team chased them with a
596 and a 588. Mary Pugsley won the ladies competition and also was in
contention in the overall competition. For match results click the link

The NRA team won the team aggregate trophy from the Clermont team who after presenting the trophy last year went onto win it on both occasions. They are looking forward to visiting Bisley in the autumn to attempt to win it back! |
